RubberNetwork

RubberNetwork is the Tire and Rubber industry's leading global consortium. We extend the collective resources of participants to exceed individual capabilities and facilitate change while maintaining confidentiality and strictly adhering to anti-competition laws. Through Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Management, we deliver reduced costs, increased efficiencies, and opportunities for relevant benchmarking and knowledge sharing.

RubberNetwork's (RNC) shareholders are the leaders in the Tire and Rubber Industry. Collectively they represent over 65% of this Global industry. They formed RubberNetwork in 2000 with the objective of establishing an organization that could take advantage of areas where a common approach would initially benefit all Members and ultimately the Industry.

Since our formation in August 2000, RNC has established a global footprint with offices in Amsterdam, Atlanta, Singapore, Shanghai, Seoul, and Tokyo. We serve our Members in Latin America through a partner, Webb.

RubberNetwork services focus on Strategic Sourcing, direct material supplier connectivity (which we call our Supply Chain service), and facilitating Community cooperation between our Members. Value is delivered through Sourcing savings, process, and working capital reductions from Supply Chain and a myriad of benefits, tangible and intangible, from Member Community activities.

The RubberNetwork Governance framework was carefully constructed when the company was formed. RNC's Board of Managers provides policy guidance and the company's global team executes in a focused and professional manner. Compliance with all applicable anti-competition laws and a strict adherence to Member and Supplier confidentiality are cornerstones of RubberNetwork policy.

One of RubberNetwork's objectives is to add qualified companies from the Tire and Rubber Industry to Membership in RNC. This web site provides more detailed information about RubberNetwork, and we welcome requests for additional information about this leading Industry Consortium.
