RubberNetwork's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Competition Guidelines have been updated to reflect consistent terminology and eliminate redundancies. The updated versions are effective for all E-Sourcing Events starting on or after August 1, 2005.

The old Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Competition Guidelines versions are archived via the links below. The old Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Competition Guidelines continue to govern all E-Sourcing Events that started on or before July 30, 2005. For your convenience, these versions will remain archived and viewable on RubberNetwork's website.

Introduction to RubberNetwork's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Competition Guidelines
RubberNetwork posts its Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Competition Guidelines publicly on its website in an effort to be transparent regarding our services. These documents are a public declaration of the policies regarding confidentiality, use of information and anti-trust in particular that guide our services. There are additional terms and conditions that apply to each of RubberNetwork's specific services. These 3 documents, however, form the foundation regarding their subject matter for each of RubberNetwork's service specific agreements.
