RubberNetwork.com, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“our,” “us,” and “we”) has created this Privacy Policy in order to describe our information gathering and dissemination practices for our Web site located at www.rubbernetwork.com, including (1) the public portion of the Site (“Public Site”) and (2) the marketplace portion of the Site (“Marketplace”).

MARKETPLACE

Contact Information

In order to access and utilize the Marketplace, you must first review and indicate your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Use for the Site located at www.rubbernetwork.com. Upon your acceptance of our Terms of Use, you must provide us with contact information, including your name, company name, address, telephone number, and email address (“Contact Information”). By using the Site or registering as a participant of the Marketplace you agree to allow us to: (1) use your Contact Information to operate the Site and provide our services, including without limitation those we provide through the Site through connections with other marketplaces, (2) insert your Contact Information into the Supplier Directory (Directory), unless you have opted out of the Directory; and (3) send you emails concerning Transactions and products and services related to the Marketplace.

Application Information

In order to access and utilize the Marketplace as a Supplier or Buyer, you must first review and indicate your agreement to be bound by the Participant Agreement for the Marketplace located at www.rubbernetwork.com. Upon your acceptance of those Marketplace terms, you must provide us with information, in addition to the Contact Information, to support your application to be a Supplier or Buyer (such additional information that does not include the Contact Information is referred to as the “Application Information”). By registering as a Supplier and/or Buyer Participant of the Marketplace you agree to allow us to use your Information to determine if you qualify for the Marketplace access you request. You agree to allow us to use the Information to operate our services, including without limitation those we provide through the Site.

Transaction Information

In order to access and utilize the Marketplace as a Supplier or Buyer, you will transmit information involved in the Transactions such as price, quantity and type of product (“Transaction Information”). We intend to disclose your Transaction Information only to the Buyers or Suppliers you specify. We do not intend to disclose the Transaction Information to any other party. We will also use the transaction Information to analyze the purchasing behaviors of participants and target the services we provide to you. From time to time, we may also aggregate Transaction Information gathered from more than one participant and use, disclose or publish such aggregated or statistical information.

Credit Information

It may be necessary for you to include credit information in your Application Information or your Transaction Information. You authorize us to disclose this credit information to the parties you specify in your Application or subsequent communications.

THE PUBLIC SITE AND MARKETPLACE

Aggregate Information

We may from time to time collect and review aggregate statistical information related to the use and users of the Site. You agree to allow us to disclose and publish this statistical information on an Aggregate Basis to any parties through any means, including without limitation through press releases, advertising or similar communications. “Aggregate Basis” means that we combine parts of your information collected through the Site that do not contain your name with other such information from any number of other users for any given period of time in a manner that is not intended to disclose any personally identifiable information about individual users, even if it is possible for some to guess what individuals may have been involved.

Resolution of Disputes
